What have you been doing with your life since graduating from Youth2Youth?
I am an Investment Representative with Waukesha Investments. I live in Waukesha with my husband, Aaron and our German Shepherd dog named Bailey.
What are you most proud of?
I am most proud of being a part of a positive, powerful group of people. I am also proud I am part of the reason my parents quit smoking.
How have skills you learned in Youth2Youth helped you in your life beyond Youth2Youth?
A skill that I learned in Y2Y that has been most beneficial in my life beyond Y2Y is speaking to a group. By talking to classrooms full of students I was able to overcome the fear of public speaking.
What advice would you like to give to today’s youth?
Know that you are making a difference – your participation does matter. You are saving lives.
