Youth2Youth 4 Change board members recently recognized Mr. Mark Finnegan/Vets Roll for being a Positive Change Maker for Rock County. The Coalition is proud of the work Mark has done bringing recognition to our veterans and are happy to recognize him for the outstanding work he has done.
Positive Change Maker recognitions are a way that Youth2Youth is working to share the positive things that are happening in the community of Beloit and Rock County. Mark Finnegan of Vets Roll is definitely a community member that cares and is making a positive difference.
