Tuesday evening September 8th, Youth2Youth 4 Change along with the American Cancer Society presented at the Beloit City Council meeting regarding the rising threat of e-cigarettes to our clean air laws that we worked so hard to get.
We were reminded that our clean air laws have an exceptionally high public approval rate- well over 80%, and that e-cigarettes emit an aerosol filled with carcinogens that can be inhaled second hand much like cigarette smoke.
